Orland Park's Newest Fashion Boutique is looking for a Sales Associate!

[please apply online] Couture, The Women's Formal Boutique Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients visiting the boutique. They will need to have a deep knowledge of women's formalwear and be able to assist clients in finding the perfect outfit for their needs. They will also need to have strong sales skills to help drive revenue for the boutique

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they enter the boutique and provide exceptional customer service
• Help clients find the perfect outfit for their needs, including dresses, suits, and accessories
• Provide knowledgeable advice on style, fit, and color
• Assist clients with alterations and ensure proper fittings
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in merchandising and restocking activities
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the boutique's overall success
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience in a women's formalwear or luxury environment
• Knowledge of women's formalwear and fashion trends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and reach high shelves

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
